 Decade 2

The Kaneza Initiative officially supports the International Decade for People of African Descent. The General Assembly of the United Nations proclaimed the Decade with its resolution 68/237 on 23 December 2013, themed “recognition, justice and development”. The decade is a timely and unique opportunity to underline the important contribution made by people of African descent to our society and to propose concrete measures to promote equality and to combat discrimination of any kind. The decade takes place from 2015 until 2024.

You can join the decade and promote human rights for people of African descent in Germany. Help us make the decade happen – for and with people of African descent!
